With Christmas just around the corner, I’m sure you’re excited and prepared to celebrate this Christmas with your family and friends! I know that I am, especially this year because I have the opportunity to spend time with my family in Indiana.
When you think about Christmas, what comes to mind? Admittedly I do think about the home-cooked meals, Christmas cookies & candy, and spending time with family. But the greatest cause for celebration on Christmas Day will be that our King Jesus has come!
“Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign. Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.” -Isaiah 7:14, ESV
As Advent is still upon us, take a moment this weekend to reflect on the reason for the season, and I pray that you all have a blessed Christmas!
